Flavio Máximo Park is defined as a collective room and the heart of the neighborhood, capable of catalyzing urban activity.
The abstract housing volume is elevated from the ground to provide continuity to the public space, creating a deliberate tension between architecture and landscape. Consequently, the 145 social housing units form a pure prism, with a facade that oscillates between the homogeneity of closed shutters and the everyday dynamism of its inhabitants.
